Ingredients:

- 5 lbs ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 whole wheat burger buns
- 1 cup arugula
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
Instructions:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper
Mix well
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties
Place the turkey patties on the preheated grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked
During the last 2 minutes of cooking, place a slice of mozzarella cheese on each patty and close the grill lid to melt the cheese
Toast the whole wheat buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes or until lightly browned
Assemble the burgers by placing a turkey patty on each bun, topped with arugula and a slice of tomato
Drizzle balsamic glaze over the toppings and cover with the other half of the bun
Serve hot and enjoy your Grilled Italian Turkey Burgers
