Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup zesty Italian dressing
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together Italian dressing, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper
Place chicken breasts in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them
Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat
Remove chicken from the marinade and discard excess marinade
Grill chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then shred it using two forks
In a skillet, heat chicken broth over medium heat
Add shredded chicken to the skillet and cook for a few minutes until heated through and the broth has evaporated, stirring occasionally
Serve the shredded chicken in tacos with your favorite toppings
