Ingredients:

- 5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 8-10 wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions:
Mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a bowl using a whisk
Put the chicken cubes in a plastic bag that can be closed again and again
Then, pour half of the marinade over the chicken
Put the bag in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or better yet, overnight
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
Using soaked wooden skewers, alternate between adding chicken that has been marinated, bell peppers, and red onion
Use the rest of the marinade to brush on the skewers
For 12 to 15 minutes, flip the shish kabobs every so often until the chicken is cooked all the way through and has a nice char
