Ingredients:
- 4 beef steaks 1 inch thick
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
To make the marinade, mix the oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl
Put the steaks in a plastic bag that can be closed again and again, and pour the marinade over them
Put the bag in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to marinate
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
Take the steaks out of the marinade and let the extra drip off
Throw away the marinade
For medium-rare steaks, grill them for 4 to 5 minutes on each side
You can change the time based on how done you want them
After cooking the steaks, let them rest for a few minutes
Enjoy the steaks cooked with garlic and your favorite sides
