Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup vegan cheese optional
Instructions:
Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C
Put nutritional yeast, garlic powder, dried oregano, baking powder, and salt in a bowl
Mix them together
With the dry ingredients still together, add the almond milk and apple cider vinegar
Mix until you get a dough
Stretch the dough out into a rectangle shape between two pieces of parchment paper
It should be about 1/4 inch thick
Take off the top piece of parchment paper and put the dough on a baking sheet
Cover the dough with tomato sauce, leaving a little space around the edges
Add mushrooms, red onion, fresh basil, vegan cheese, bell peppers, and olives on top, if you want
After the oven is hot, bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy
Take it out of the oven and let it cool a bit before cutting it into sticks
Enjoy while still warm
