Gluten-Free Kombucha Lemon Gummies

These gluten-free Kombucha Lemon Gummies are a delightful treat that combine the tanginess of kombucha with the refreshing zest of lemon. Theyre easy to make and perfect for a healthy snack or dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup kombucha
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons gelatin powder

Instructions:

Combine kombucha, lemon juice, and honey or maple syrup in a small saucepan

Warm it up slowly over low heat until its not boiling

Gradually whisk in the gelatin powder and keep stirring until it is all dissolved

Take the mixture off the heat and let it cool down a bit

Put the mix into gummy molds or a baking dish that is 8 inches by 8 inches

Put it in the fridge for two to three hours, or until it gets firm

To use a baking dish, cut them into squares or pop them out of the molds

Keep in the fridge in a container that wont let air in
