Ingredients:
- 1 lb cheese tortellini
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup basil pesto
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions:
In a large skillet, cook tortellini according to package instructions
Drain and set aside
In the same skillet, saut minced garlic until fragrant
