Adding bubbly Prosecco to this Cran-Clem Prosecco Sparkler makes it a festive and refreshing drink. The cranberry juice and clementine juice make it sour and sweet at the same time.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup clementine juice
- 1 bottle Prosecco, chilled
- Clementine slices, for garnish
- Fresh cranberries, for garnish
Instructions:
Cranberry juice and clementine juice should be mixed in a pitcher
Add enough of the mixture to each champagne flute to fill it half way
Add some chilled Prosecco on top
Add fresh cranberries and clementine slices as a garnish
Serve right away and enjoy
